The Audio Version  - 3 mins
This week I’m taking a break from sending out a database growth tip to remind everyone about the importance of breast cancer awareness.

October is month recognized to bring peak awareness, however every month is a good time for a self-exam and also checking the calendar for scheduled professional examinations.

This year National Mammography Day lands on October 15. Occurring every third Friday of October, National Mammography Day is a cousin to Breast Cancer Awareness Month. They’re both committed to women’s self-care but this day is set aside specifically to encourage women to take the time to make an appointment. Early detection means early treatment and the difference between life and death.

As a breast cancer survivor, I believe early detection saved my life and I encourage everyone to share messages of awareness.  It’s not enough to just care about the message, you need to share the message.

Six years ago I started an initiative to incorporate my DonPaul Designs entity with SuperScarves.com to provide  breast cancer thrivers and survivors in locations around the United States with free fashion scarf to honor their journey or that of a friend or family member.
I hope to inspire courage and the continuing education on breast cancer awareness.  To get a FREE Superscarves gift shipped to your door with no obligation is easy ... just share a message of encouragement, on our DonPaul Designs Fan Page. That's it. You'll receive a PM with details for a free, handcrafted fashion scarf from SuperScarves.com.

The shipping will also be free. The initiative will run as long as supplies last or until October 31. This initiative is open to breast cancer survivors in the contiguous United States.

That's it for this week. You know, I typically end with the same message…”your most valuable business asset is your database”

This week I’m bringing you a different message…”your most valuable personal asset is your good health.” Stay well and stay blessed

   Until later, bye-bye.
