What file types will my video be delivered in?
Depending on the package you have selected, your video can be delivered to you in many different formats. the standard format is MP4, however during our consultation we will confirm the specific formats that you require. If you require a format that is outside the scope of our process, we will work with you to determine the best method to fulfill your order to your satisfaction.

What do I have to provide?
If you have an image for a logo, you will need to provide a HD (High Definition) image with a minimum, width of 2500 pixels. Your image MUST be formatted as transparent ...PNG works best
If you have standard text as a logo you will need to provide the font name
If you have a custom font you will need to provide the font name (or the font file)
If you are uncertain about the format of your image, just attach it to your request and we'll help you determine what it is.
If you don't have a transparent format for your logo image, we can assist you with creating one, for an additional fee.
