It is your obligation and responsibility to make sure they don’t have a chance to forget you!
Here are some tips to get you started and keep your business relevant.

Keep your letters short and action packed.  Try to pack your most important information into just three or four short paragraphs. Let customers know they can access your web site for much more detailed information and be sure to place links to all of your social networks.  We've got you covered with all of the major connections ...plus we'll add any others that you desire!

Make your letter as personalized as you can. This is the secret to good marketing and selling. Take a look at many big time ad campaigns and you'll see that they produce different versions of the same commercials for six or more sub groups in their audience. Your email letters can do the same thing.

Adding your recipients name is like a handshake.  Whenever possible use the recipient’s name in the subject line, in the salutation at the beginning and later, in the body of your email letter.   Using their name instead of “Dear Customer” can easily strengthen your relationship.
