Having a strong CTA refers to telling people what they should be doing next.
It's important to be very clever when addressing a person (a visitor to your Website). Using the right words can motivate them to accept an offer, make a purchase or fill in a contact form. Here are some
- Sometimes there isn’t a strong reason to take action….but there’s no reason not to, either. So consider letting the visitor know there is nothing to lose.
- Be sure to state the real benefit of taking action ….honesty is often very appealing.
- Any CTA is better than none! Start looking at communications that come to you…see if you can identify the strongest CTA…especially for items that you have no intention to try or buy.
