The Phases Overview - The Mobile APP Creation Process
DonPaul Enterprises is committed to delivering quality mobile Apps to it's small business customers in a timely manner, keeping YOU, the customer, involved in the process and aware of the current status of YOUR project at all times is our aim. Here are the simple phases: Phase 1 - Kickoff Immediately after your Mobile App is purchased the first phase can begin. You will receive your App setup document which will guide you through all of the information we need to be provided in order to get your App started. We send this setup doc to the email address you provided at signup and generally this is sent out no more than one business day after we receive your order. If for any reason you have not received your setup doc within two business days after placing your order, please email us at app-support@donpaul.com DonPaul Enterprises will assist you in answering any questions regarding the App setup document. Phase 2 - Review and App Foundation Building: As soon as we receive your App setup doc we put your App in the development queue to begin building the foundation for your App. Depending on workload, we'll generally start building your App in 1-7 business days within receipt of your setup doc. Note that the better job you do with providing all of the information requested in the setup doc, the smoother this entire process will be and the better job we can do with building a good App foundation. Phase 3 - Review and Submit There are very few requirements to get an App approved in the Android Market. On the contrary, there are very stringent requirements to be approved for the Apple Store. We will make every effort during the previous phases to be developing your App with the Apple requirements in mind so that Approval process can go as smoothly as possible. Sometimes there will be delays in getting in the Apple Store if the initial submission is denied and changes need to be made in your App so it can be re-submitted.
